Are your boxes recyclable?

Our courier deliveries are sent out using cardboard boxes and sheep’s wool insulation! As both these items are natural products they are widely recycled. Our ice packs will come in handy for you at home as they can be re frozen and re used as many times as imaginable. 

When will my order arrive?

For delivery in mainland UK please use the table below to work out a delivery day.

Orders Placed Monday, Delivered on Wednesday

Orders Placed Tuesday, Delivered on Thursday

Orders Placed Wednesday, Delivered on Friday

Orders Placed Thursday, Delivered on Tuesday

Orders Placed Friday, Delivered on Tuesday

Orders Placed Saturday, Delivered on Tuesday

Orders Placed Sunday, Delivered on Tuesday

Orders placed on Thursday/Friday/Weekend ahead of a Bank Holiday will receive delivery on the Wednesday.

Which courier do you use?

We currently use UPS to deliver our meat. They don’t require a signature, but we ask you leave instructions to your safe place to ensure the box can be left at your address if your not in.

I can’t find a specific product?

If you require a cut of meat not listed on our website or would like a different size, Please get in touch & we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do your products contain nitrates?

We now offer Nitrate free Bacon however our standard bacon still contains nitrates, None of our sausages or burgers contain nitrites or nitrates.

Are your products Gluten Free?

Every product we sell is Gluten Free, whether it is naturally Like our Steaks, or our Gluten Free Burgers and Sausages.

Where does your meat come from?

All our Beef & Pork is reared on the farm giving true Farm to Fork Values, The Lamb is reared on a local Farm by friends to help support our local sustainable ethos. All our animals Are reared to the highest standards, keeping stress levels down not only provides better meat it keeps our blood pressure low.

Free Range?

The Cattle & Sheep Roam the Lush green pastures all summer long, before been brought into the straw barns for winter, whilst the pigs are left out in the paddocks all year round exploring.

How Do I Defrost?

As all our meat is delivered frozen to ensure it reaches you at its best, you will need to defrost your product in the fridge prior to cooking. When Defrosted properly your meat will be fine stored in the fridge for 5 days.
