The pork shoulder joint is your ideal cut for making home made pulled pork, with its outer fat covering to keep the meat moist during cooking. Mix with your blend of herbs and spices before cooking low and slow for 6 to 8 hours, then simply shredding the meat.

Our pork is outdoor reared allowing them to naturally graze and forage in our fields, as they have for hundreds of years. This means that the pork has a rich variety of diet and is allowed to mature at its own pace resulting in a traditional pork meat taste.
"Our beef short ribs are a very versatile cut, perfect for slow cooking, marinating, grilling or barbeque-ing.
Compared to their pork equivalents, these are more tender and a meatier flavour, which is further enhanced due to the beef being exclusively grass fed and then hung for 21 days.
One of our personal favourites - we simply leave them on the bone, season with salt & pepper and then slow cooked for 7-8 hours. Absolutely delicious, we promise you'll be coming back for more!"
