Unsmoked dry cured bacon, using our native breed outdoor reared pork. As the bacon is dry cured, you won't see any of the white liquid coming out whilst cooking

Our pork is outdoor reared allowing them to naturally graze and forage in our fields, as they have for hundreds of years. This means that the pork has a rich variety of diet and is allowed to mature at its own pace resulting in a traditional pork meat taste.
Our pork leg joint is ideal for an alternative roast dinner. The outer layer
of fat will keep the pork moist during cooking whilst the rind will give you
perfect crackling.
